WOW!  Uruguay, which used to be totally dependent on importing fuel at exorbitant prices now makes  90 – 98% of their own energy with wind and solar (not nuclear).  With 3.4 million people, 60,000 new jobs, and a high-income level, people are convinced! One beef farmer now has 32 wind turbines on his farm and he’s earning without sacrificing land while he bolsters his success.  PLEASE spread great news!
