HUGE LEGAL VICTORY FOR OUR HEALTH AND OUR CLIMATE!

BRAVO TO THE WESTERN ENVIRONMENTAL LAW CENTER!  A federal court judge just slammed the administration’s third attempt to eliminate the 2016 Methane Waste Rule, which is limits methane waste from gas and oil extraction.  This is a huge victory for our health, local communities and our climate (the air that we breathe, the weather that fosters life).  Taxpayers will also reclaim about $800 M over the next decade in royalties from the reinstatement.
